Chancellor Harrington Announces Retirement

January 19, 2011 Dan Bagley Leave a Comment

Chancellor Harrington read a statement announcing her retirement during tonight’s meeting of the Yuba Community College Board of Trustees.

This is the first paragraph of that statement. We will post the rest of the statement later this evening.

“It is with quite mixed emotions that I announce my retirement from the District at the end of this Academic Year. Although planned for June 2012, this decision has been made after extensive review and reflection on the status of the District, its upcoming activities, and what is best for both the District and me, both personally and professionally.”
