Governor Gray Davis is proposing a one billion dollar cut to community colleges over an 18-month period. Your legislator needs to hear from you – log on to the Community College League web site at
http://www.ccleague.org/actnow and follow the prompts to send a letter to your legislator. There are sample letters that you can send or you can draft your own – the web site will automatically send your letter to the legislator that serves the district in which you live.
