Speech Team Takes Home MedalsYuba College Speech Team earned four awards Saturday April 28, at the Northern California Speech Tournament hosted by Delta College. Olivia Jaks, Christopher McAdams, Melissa Loscher and Robert Bortisser represented the Yuba College team. Yuba College took a medal in every event they entered.

Yuba Sutter Youth Chorus in Concert will be held May 18, 19. Under direction of Joaquina Calvo Johnson, Director of Choral Ensembles, Voice, Music Education and applied music at Yuba College, the Yuba Sutter Youth Chorus will be performing an array of beautiful vocal music. Both performances will begin at 7 p.m. Admission is $6 general and $4 for students, seniors and children. Tickets are available at the cashier window and at the Yuba College Theater Box.
