The Eating Well Cafe is open for business! The cafe is open for lunches on weekdays, from 11 to 1 p.m. A breakfast expansion is soon to follow; opening at 7 a.m. for coffee, lattes, and healthy continental breakfast items. The student sitting next to you in English class, may be your server at the Eating Well Cafe, as the Yuba College Culinary Arts students will be helping provide service for the cafe.

The Eating Well Cafe will be utilizing seasonal, local produce, at an affordable price. Fresh sandwiches, wraps, as well as salads will be offered, specials and soups to follow. A cold cucumber soup on a hot summer day should do the trick! Sandwiches and salads will feature free-range chicken, grilled on the backyard barbecue. If you are in a hurry, call in your order to the Eating Well, and your order will be ready for pick-up.

Looking for a space to have your venue? The Eating Well Cafe will rent out their space for local activities. A small deposit is required. For additional information, contact Harmony Health. The chef will provide food for your event if desired, otherwise the kitchen is closed for public use.

To raise funds for this project, as well as Harmony Health, a Battle of the Bands fundraiser is planned for June 8 at Riverfront Park. The fee (suggested donation) to enter your band is $50. Vendors also pay $50 (suggested donation) to sell their wares at the Battle of the Bands.  $20 gets you into the fun! For vendor information or to enter your band, email: myharmonyhealth.org

Harmony Health and the Eating Well Care are non-profit organizations. They are dedicated to giving back to this community. To Contact The Eating Well Cafe, call 530-742-5908.
