We at The Prospector are excited to introduce an updated, more inclusive student newspaper this fall. We are now going to feature not only the campus in Marysville, but the Woodland campus as well.
This is being accomplished by the addition of Prospector reporters attending the Woodland campus of Yuba College. Our staff has more than doubled in size as a result.What does this mean for The Prospector? This means exciting changes: more news, more variety and more opinions and viewpoints.
Instead of one Campus Life section, The Prospector will now have two, featuring the Marysville and Woodland campuses of Yuba College. We are also going to introduce a new back page Arts and Entertainment section that covers music, movies and much more– from Yolo as well as Sutter and Yuba counties.
We have moved our sports pages, but will continue to cover Yuba Athletics, and provide sports columns from both campuses.
