Kristine Wheeler is an award winning photographer who brings together American, Pilipino, and Japanese cultures to create visually striking imagery. Just recently, she received 1st place and a $500.00 scholarship from the Kingsley Art Club 2013 contest. As an additional award, her work will be on display at the Crocker-Kingsley Winners Exhibition at the Crocker in Sacramento through May 5, 2013. The 27 year old artist will receive her scholarship at the Kingsley award luncheon on May 15, 2013. Kristine was also selected as a finalist for the Photographers Forum “Best of College and High School Photography 2013” contest.
My name is Aaron Thomas Leonard Piccirillo. I was born in Jamestown, NY, but I grew up in Homer City, PA. I have been living in California for about 12 years and I am working on my fifth AA (anthropology, song writing, English, art, and general education). I love swimming, biking, hiking, reading, writing, traveling,and home cooking. Mostly, I love to write about arts and entertainment, but I also like to write investigative stories.
